- California Avian Laboratory (CEO, 1985-2014): Founded the first national avian/exotic diagnostic lab of its kind in the world.
- Avian/Exotic Clinic and Mobile Practice (California, 1979-2014): Established the first avian/exotic veterinary clinic in the U.S., starting in 1982.
- Veterinary Information Network (VIN, 1992-present): Serves as an Avian Specialist Consultant, having completed over 16,000 online consultations with veterinarians.
