Appointment Policy

Dr. Alan Fudge provides outpatient services for birds and fish. Hospitalization services are not available. Emergency services are not available. Please see the Emergencies tab (under Contact Us) for referrals. It is recommended that appointments are scheduled 3-7 days in advance whenever practical


Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Major Credit Cards Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash. Fees quoted in advance are based on credit card payment. 

Patient Policy

Owners are requested to contain the patient in a cage, carrier, holding tank or other easy to access unit, in advance of the appointment. In some cases, this would mean by the night before the appointment. Time is not allotted for attempting to capture or contain a patient from a large area, enclosure, or body of water.
