If you would like to request an appointment please also fill out the New Client Form (under Forms) and also separately the Avian (bird) history or aquatic (fish) history form, BEFORE the scheduled appointment so we can start your electronic record in advance. Thank you. 

We do not provide inpatient services, boarding, major surgery, wildlife treatment, nor emergency services. If you have an emergency, critical care need, or more extensive diagnostics than our mobile service is able to provide, we recommend that you contact one of the following full service facilities:
